Di Penates were Roman household gods. My name is a not-very-funny reference to the role of TV in my house. I don't watch a lot each day, but I'm really into what I do watch.
(Much less interesting: I also wanted a name that I didn't need to add any other characters to, and that was available on Yahoo, too.)
